Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and your account is charged within 24 hours before that. You can manage or cancel a subscription any time in your Apple Account settings. Apple requires subscriptions to be cancelled there rather than inside the app.
